Temari sushi–making class in February

On Saturday, February 14th, we will be holding a Temari sushi–making class in our food service kitchen beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Temari sushi is a delightful style of sushi made by shaping small, round, bite-sized balls of rice topped with colorful vegetables or fish. It is simple to make, beautifully decorative, and perfect for sharing.  Since this class falls on Valentine’s Day, it’s a wonderful opportunity to create something special to share with someone you love! 

The cost for this class is $10.00.
